Our Mission

We are the Model United Nations team at Cabarrus Early College of Technology, hoping to bring awareness to what is occurring internationally regarding security and privacy.

Our research on international security is about making sense of a complicated world and finding ways to make it safer for everyone. We’re digging into the causes of conflict, how power shifts between countries and groups, and the new ways technology is shaping global risks. We want to shift the conversation away from fear and control, and toward cooperation, fairness, and long-term peace. Through careful research, we hope to influence policies and systems in ways that protect society and create space for opportunity and trust across borders. We're not just trying to understand the world as it is; we’re working to help shape it as it could be.
